It is against the rules to apply for a refund after the buyer has paid because the seller is out of stock. The buyer can close the transaction and apply for a complaint after the refund is successful, complaining that the seller did not deliver the goods within the specified time, and demand compensation; the amount of compensation is: 5% of the actual transaction value of the goods as liquidated damages (excluding postage \ red envelope amount) , the maximum is not more than 30 yuan, the minimum is not less than 5 yuan, and the minimum is not less than 1 yuan for certain types of goods.

When the transaction status is “Buyer has paid, waiting for seller to deliver”, but seller delays delivery due to out-of-stock, out-of-stock and other reasons. When a buyer applies for a refund on the grounds of “seller out of stock”, it is recommended that you negotiate a refund with the buyer as soon as possible. If you choose to agree to a refund request, it will be deducted from your deposit after the refund is complete. 5% of the buyer’s refund amount as compensation (up to 30 yuan).

Because Taobao sellers miss or delay delivery, we can complain to customer service to compensate the platform. Generally, if the complaint is established, the seller will pay the buyer in the form of a red envelope. After the buyer gets the red envelope, how should the red envelope be used?
